HOW TO CANCEL RESERVATION ?

A. RESERVATION MADE ON-LINE

  • To cancel reservation please open e-mail with BOOKING INFORMATION which you have received at the time of making the reservation.
  • Click on the internet link – internet address stated in the e-mail.
  • BOOKING INFORMATION will be displayed on our reservation portal, where you can click on CANCEL RESERVATION.
  • This will immediately display a notification of cancellation of your reservation and information of posting the reservation cancellation details to your e-mail address.
  • In this e-mail you will find CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION CANCELLATION.
  • Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 4 days prior to the beginning of the reservation (arrival to the hotel).
  • In the case of your having paid by credit card, the financial sum due will be credited to your credit card account within 10 days of cancellation of the reservation.
  • In case that you have paid the reservation by bank transfer, reimbursement be credited to your account within 10 days of cancellation of the reservation.
  • In case of cancellation of reservation 3 days and less prior to the beginning of the reservation (arrival to the hotel) you will incur cancellation charges in accordance with the GENERAL BUSINESS AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS at the amount of 1 night’s accommodation price.
  • This cancellation charge at the amount of 1 night’s accommodation price will be deducted from the financial sum returned.
  • In case that the reservation will not be taken up and will not be cancelled prior to its beginning you will be charged cancellation fees at the total amount of the paid-for reservation, these being automatically covered by the already paid reservation fee.

B. RESERVATION MADE BY E-MAIL

It is possible to make the cancellation of the hotel reservation or of a booked service in writing by sending an e-mail to kocourkova@estec.cz or reservations@estec.cz e-mail address. The cancellation of reservation sent in writing by e-mail becomes valid on the return of an e-mail confirmation of the reservation cancellation from ESTEC to the ordering party. Telephone cancellation is not sufficient and is invalid. In a case you want to cancel the hotel reservation at the booked hotel or the booked service at the place of the supplier of the service, this is also insufficient and invalid.
